La Palma residents are serviced by five separate school districts comprised of three elementary districts and two high school districts. A map of the school districts is shown to the right. OC Public Libraries is a network of community libraries throughout Orange County. There are 32 branches to provide a variety of services to residents throughout the County. The La Palma location is adjacent to City Hall. Please visit their website to see the most current hours of operations and services available. California residents are eligible to get a FREE library card. Once you have an OC Public Libraries card, you are entitled to check out materials from any OCPL branch as well from other libraries with reciprocal lending privileges. UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
La Palma residents who require special mail services - vacation holds, package delivery, change of address, etc. - may utilize a local USPS branch. Currently, there are no United States Postal Service (USPS) offices located within the La Palma city limits. However, there are several USPS office locations within a 10 mile radius of the 90623 zip code that residents may visit.
