With the increase in reported COVID-19 cases in Orange County and to further reduce the potential exposure to the public and our employees, all City of La Palma facilities have been closed to the public as of Wednesday, April 1.
City Hall, Police Department, and Community Center lobbies and counters are not available for walk-in business. However, staff is continuing to provide services by phone, email, and through the City’s website during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Please call (714) 690-3300 for assistance or see contact information below.
Police and Fire services, including 9-1-1, are operating as usual. However, the Police Department lobby is no longer open for public access. Residents are asked to contact the Police Department at (714) 690-3370 for non-emergency calls and dial 9-1-1 for emergencies.
