City Clerk

The City Clerk’s office provides ongoing administrative support to the City Council and City staff. The office is responsible for:

  • Coordination and preparation of City Council meeting agendas and packets
  • City records management
  • Municipal Code maintenance
  • Election administration
  • Administration of local reporting requirements under the Political Reform Act
  • Reporting to the Fair Political Practices Commission and/or the Secretary of State
