Initial Study and Negative Declaration for Development Code Amendment 2012-01: An Ordinance amending Chapter 26 of the La Palma City Code adding certain provisions to the Planned Neighborhood Development (PND) Zone. This amendment among other things will revise the land use table to conditionally permit financial institutions (e.g. banks) within the PND subject to a Development Agreement. The Development Code Amendment applies to the PND zoning district that encompasses six locations in La Palma as depicted on the City’s Land Use/Zoning Map. A Notice of Determination was filed with the County Clerk on April 4, 2012.
