Winter 2018/2019 Home Spotlight Award Winner

Winter18_HomeSpotlightThe City of La Palma would like to congratulate Mic and Dee Vincenti for winning the 2018/19 Winter Home Spotlight Award!

The Vincenti’s have lived in their home since 1988, a little over 30 years. They were one of the first homes in their tract to install the red-tile roofs since all the homes had wood-shake roofs from the late 1970s. Over the years, they’ve put in central air-conditioning, an oak staircase, porcelain tile, custom closets, and new windows. Most recently they’ve customized their backyard to include a patio cover that gives the outdoor living and entertainment space they wanted. They’ve updated the kitchen and bathrooms as well as installed wooden floors. With a combination of a tank less water-heater, solar panels, artificial grass and pavers in the back, they are doing their part to protect the environment.

We thank Mic and Dee Vincenti for contributing to La Palma's vibrant city!
