Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

Santa and his elves are coming to town! Join the La Palma community on December 7, 2022 for its 36^th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony hosted by the Community Activities and Beautification Committee. Ring in the holiday season with musical performances by La Palma’s local schools and enjoy the lighting of the Holiday Tree with the community!

Santa and his elves will arrive before the Ceremony so families will have an opportunity to visit with him and Mrs. Claus. There will also be arts and crafts, a letter to Santa station, and more! In the event of rain, the Ceremony will be rescheduled to following Wednesday on December 14, 2022.

November 28 - December 16, 2022 | La Palma Community Center

The La Palma Community Services department will be collecting donations for the annual holiday Marine Toys for Tots Program. Those interested may bring a new, unwrapped toy to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joys of the season. 

Toy donations may be delivered at the Tree Lighting Ceremony or may be dropped off at the Community Center office between November 28 – December 16, 2022. Donations can also be made online at www.ToysForTots.org/Donate. Join us in helping make this holiday season special for deserving children around the country!
