Reservations at Central Park

From an indoor reception to an outdoor softball game, Central Park offers La Palma residents several options for hosting their activities and events. If you are ready to make a reservation, you must do so in person at the Recreation & Community Services office at 7821 Walker Street. Don’t forget to bring your proof of residency (current driver’s license and utility bill if driver’s license does not indicate a La Palma address) and payment with you.


Use of any indoor facility requires payment of a deposit, due when application for use is submitted. The deposit is refundable provided the facility is clean and returned to its original condition at or before the ending time indicated on the facility permit.

At The Palms At Central Park Community Center you will have access to a full catering kitchen in the King Palm Room. The Queen Palm Room does not come with a full catering kitchen. View the Indoor Facility Rental Information & Fees packet for additional information.

Outdoor Deposit

A deposit of $50 is required for the Plaza Pavilion for 1-49 people and $150 for 50-300 people. The Bicentennial Gazebo has a required deposit of $50.

If you wish to reserve the outdoor locations for more than 150 (but not more than 300) you must reserve the Plaza Pavilion, Bicentennial Gazebo and the Softball / Soccer field.

Softball / Soccer Field and Tennis Court rentals are limited to two hours per week per resident. For more information, see the rental information and fees packets located at the Community Center Main Office (7821 Walker Street).
