The City of La Palma maintains three parks and a Greenbelt Walkway for enrichment of the community.

Central Park

Central Park is located at 7821 Walker Street. Park facilities include:

  • Outdoor rental facilities
    • Plaza Pavilion
    • Bicentennial Gazebo
    • Lighted soccer field
    • Lighted softball field
    • Two lighted tennis courts

Please note, pursuant to La Palma Ordinance 2010-06, starting February 1, 2011, Central Park is a smoke and tobacco free facility.  These restrictions prohibit the smoking or use of all tobacco products at the Community Center, park offices, pavilion, gazebo, multi-use field, softball field, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, walkways, and the parking lot.  
Denni Street Park
Located south of La Palma Avenue on Denni Street, visitors can enjoy a fire truck themed play area surrounded by drought tolerant landscaping.

Please note, there are no restrooms or dedicated parking spaces at this site.  On-street parking is available on Denni Street.

El Rancho Verde Park
El Rancho Verde Park is located along the Edison Right of Way, near Moody Street. The Park amenities include:
  • Playground
  • Picnic tables

Please note, there are no restrooms or dedicated parking spaces at this site. On-street parking is available in the adjacent neighborhood.

Greenbelt (Edison Right of Way)
The walkway goes from Valley View Street in the east to Barbi Lane in the west. 
Amenities include:

  • Emergency call boxes
