The 2016-2017 Ambassador Program will be available for those who live, go to school, or work in La Palma and are a senior in high school or between the ages of 17 and 21. Candidates will develop leadership skills, gain professional development, earn community service hours, prepare a personal portfolio, and meet community and business leaders. The 7-week Ambassador Program will culminate with each candidate delivering a speech and participating in a formal interview.
The 2015-16 La Palma Ambassadors were announced at the November 3rd City Council Meeting and will be presented to the public at the 31st Annual La Palma Days Parade on Saturday, November 14th. As the newly selected Ambassadors, they will attend Business Grand Openings, City functions and Community Events representing the City of La Palma throughout the coming year.
2015-16 La Palma Ambassadors
