Get rid of decorative grass.

Besides being the environmentally correct thing to do, it will save money on water, fertilizer, mowing and other maintenance. By decorative grass I mean the grass in front of City Hall and trimming sidewalks all over the city. Grass in parks such as Central Park should be kept as that is not strictly decorative.

I completely agree. The city is small enough where the benefit would overcome the cost in no time. Synthetic grass is now so affordable, looks great and last many years. This would add a check mark for the city on the 'Environmentally Friendly Place to Live' category many folks are seeking now a days!

Wow fake grass. Or decorative grass to be politically correct. I do not want to offend anyone by calling a spade a spade. Come one, like there is no shortage of decorative (fake) people in this world, lets not start making a city one.
